Madness Fright Night 23

Madness Fright Night 23

Welcome you MAD bunch of Holligans, to another classic Installment of Madness Fright Night.  The Hard knocks in Montreal shall be packed once again for yet another extreme night of Madness inside the cage. The feature fight of the night will be a clash in the Super Heavyweight division as Marcus Pickett meets Javier Vazguez.  Let's get straight to it with a run down of the Main Card.

Devon Giguere vs  Sean O Sullivan

Kicking off the Main Card we will take a look at some Featherweights looking to continue there winning ways. Devon Giguere has a 3 and 4 professional record but has recently won his first fight here. "The Neck Wrangler" has a very balanced attack but shown in his first two fights he is a very capable grappler and can finish fights on the ground. Meanwhile Sean O Sullivan has a pro record of 5 and 3 and is currently riding a two fight win streak. O Sullivan also had a first in his last fight as he picked up his first ever Madness performance bonus earning "Fight of the Night". This fight is a rematch as Sean welcomed Devon to the Madness cage last November, Devon is looking to avenge his loss in that bout.

Scott Frill vs Jamal Good

Are next two competitors have 11 fights inside the Madness cage between them and they will both be looking to crack into the welterweight rankings with a win here.  Scott Frill is coming off back to back fights with Lukas Chomsli and will look to improve his record to 5-3-1.  All four of Scott's 4 victories have been first round KO's. Jamal Good is currently on a two fight loosing streak after beginning his career 3-0.  Good is a wrestler with decent stand-up and he has a good chin, although it was tested pretty thoroughly his last two fights. I would not say these two fighters are desperate for a win but i am positive there gonna give it there all in this one.

Xmus Jaxon Flaxon Waxon vs Winston Markus

Now we are getting to the beef of the card as we will see two dynamic striking Light Heavyweights square off.  Xmus made his debut as part of the League of Madness and has managed to pick up some nice wins along the way. Look for Waxon to use his wrestling abilities to get the fight to his world where he loves to bloody and beat his opponents, on the ground.  His Opponent will be Winston Markus a versatile striker with all four of his victories coming by way of Knock out. Markus has recently changed camps, and after his recent "KO of the Night" he may very well be happier then over. This is a huge fight for both of these guys in a division where every fight is crucial, the winner should be in  fighting a top 5 fighter next.

C0-Main Event

Dyami Yazzie vs Kev McKill

Are Co-Main event is going to be absofuckinlutely awesome as two fa Favorites look to impose their will upon one another. Dyami Yazzie had the unfortunate job of facing the newly crowned Welterweight champ Vasil Petrov in the opening round of the WW Title Tournament, but has since rebounded nicely winning two straight. Not to mention both fights where Submission Victories, Submission victories in the first round, first round submission victories that garnered back to back "Submission of the Night" bonuses. "Bearcub" will have his hands full in this one though as he faces off with a pissed off Kev McKill. McKill  had his hopes and dreams momentarily ripped away in the Semi-finals of the WW Title tourny loosing a 5 round decision to Jhan Jansen. The fight was actually a rematch as the two drew there first go around. Kev is also on a award winning strealk as he has won "Fight of the Night" three times in a row. This one will be fantastic for sure break out the liqour and weed!

Main Event

Marcus Pickett vs Javier Vasquez

In the Main Event of the evening we will see "the Beast from the West "Marcus Pickett face off with "the Beast from the East" of course Javier Vazguez. Marcus pickett is the lighter of the two as he weighed inn at 270 pounds but he is a insane 44 cm taller then his opponent.  For Marcus it will surely be another kill or be killed performance as he will use his aggressive Sprawl and Brawl style to either his advantage or disadvantage. Vazguez weighted inn at a buttery 325 pounds which is quite hefty for a man that is 5'7. Don't let the chubby belly fool ya though as all 6 of his pro victories have come by way of Violent KO.  These two behemoths have very similar game plans, and indeed my kind of fighters. They will simply lay it all on the line, and one of them will have there hand raised while the other will be trying to figure out where they are.

It is no secret that the Super Heavyweight champ Massive Wanker has been on a destruction course since signing with Madness. But look for one of these guys to possibly be a contender with a win here. Wanker faces Lev Bronstein this weekend, and he already has two victories over Vazquez. Could Pickett be the guy or can Vazquez some how figure out the Puzzle that is Massive Wanker. We will soon find out, ladies and Gents!

*(all fighters madness records in brackets.) *

Main Event:

Lightweight Bout

Seran V Yun,

"The Conjurer" Olyn Seran, 5-2 (all madness) has spent his entire career here and is really good all round mma artist, he's coming off a TKO loss, but this was a title fight against formidable champion Ryan Rodriguez, and he's one of the few fighters to take the champion past the first round. Before that he had reeled off 5 straight wins all being finished inside the distance, 3 Subs and 2 by Ko. He's not called the conjurer for no reason as he can weave his magic and finish a fight either on the feet or on the floor.

Zou Yun, 5-1 (1-0) is a tough veteran from China who's learned his craft on the island, All his wins have Come by way of knock out, and his only defeat was by decision. this will only be his second fight with madness but he's made himself right at home by winning his debut with a first round knock out.

Keys to Victory :

This should be a Humdinger of a main event with both fighters evenly matched in the stand up game. I think Seran needs to try and take advantage of his superior BJJ and take this to the ground asap, the trouble is, what Yun lacks in BJJ he more than makes up for with his Wonderful wrestling skills, so taking Yun down may prove tricky.

Co Main event :

Featherweight bout,

Sosa Vs Gardet,

Marcello "Hurricane" Sosa, 4-1-1,(3-1-1) Is a no nonsense Brawler who likes to get down and Dirty, Dishing out damage in the clinch, he's actually coming off a draw in his last bout, and although it didn't boost his digits in the win column, it certainly boosted his reputation with the fans, winning fight of the night honours for the second time in his career.

Sacha Gardet 7-0 Is another Dangerous fighter who has been spotted and scouted By Madness CEO Butch, This young Grappler is making his debut under the Madness Spotlights tonight, having come through the indie Qfc scene and then competing in last seasons Island competition. He is a lethal submission artist with 5 of his wins coming this way and 4 of them ending in the first round.

Keys to Victory:

I strongly suspect that this fight is going to be won or lost in the clinch. What makes this intriguing is the style clash here. Both fighters have Wonderful wrestling, so either fighter could be vulnerable. If Sosa Gets Taken down to the matt this fight could end quickly. If Gardet Gases out and struggles against Sosa's takedown defence then he's going to be potentially shipping some serious Damage and possibly get knocked out.
Postpone that trip to the toilet or bar while this fight is going down folk's...

Maincard :

Lightweight Bout

Kingstar Vs Morales

Pradak Kingstar 5-4 (5-3) Don't be deceived by the record, on first glance you could be forgiven for thinking Thai Native Pradak falls into the tough Journeyman category, but if you dig a little deeper into his profile, this young fighter has had a few setbacks in his relatively young mma career. After losing his first three fights, Kingstar split from his management team, since then he has joined the kwest stable, where he's turned his career around, his record is now an impressive 5-1 (4) by submission victories.

Hector Morales 4-2 (3-2)

Is coming off a two win heated Rivalry with fellow contender Magomedov, both wins were by way of convincing decision. With Morales Rocking his foe and had his Russian counterpart in all sorts of trouble in their Rematch. The tough Mexican relies on his fists and like many other legendary countrymen is an accomplished Boxer who has finished 50% of his by knock out.

Keys to Victory:

Although Kingstar is more than capable of holding his own in the stand up game, he hasn't shown the ability to carry knockout power in previous bouts, his strengths lie on the ground and I believe this is going to be a good old Striker versus Grappler contest.
May the best man win...

Maincard.

Heavyweight Bout,

Leifsson Vs Hands,

Leif "The Stand and Pray Viking" Leifsson. 6-2 (1-2) Is a Stocky Swedish Meatball of a Man. Standing at 5ft 6, he is on the short side for a heavyweight, but that hasn't seemed to hinder him in his mma career so far, he hits with the power of a demolition ball as all of his six wins have been won impressively by ko/tko.

Fish "The Stinky Sardine" Hands 6-2 (3-2) Has turned his career round in emphatic manner, after my last preview on him (madness 31) where he went off the rails, he's since checked himself into rehab for sex addiction, and his training team are overjoyed with his renewed sense of focus commitment in the gym, His last two victories have come in double quick time with two devastating knock out victories.

Keys to Victory:

Well our First battle between the big boys this evening should be a stand up thriller, both are knock out Artists, If you blink you could miss the Fireworks Fight Fans...

Maincard:

Bantamweight Bout,

Fork Vs Decimal,

Forky Fork 2-1 (2-0) This Solid young fighter has made a Great start to his fledgling career here at madness, going 2-0 both by way of knockout, he does have one submission loss, but he looks like a really well rounded fighter, his boxing and wrestling particularly stand out, he also has one of the best managers in the business with Ayib2.0 guiding him.

Dewey Decimal "system" 6-2 (5-2) Is a calculated customer in the cage, (excuse the pun) an exceptional mma student this fighter doesn't mind putting in the rounds, 4wins by unanimous decision and three by submission. He's going to be looking to school his opponent in the cage no matter where the fight unfolds.

Keys To Victory :

Our only bantamweight fight tonight, looks like a tough match up for Fork against a much more experienced fighter, he will be looking to stay on the outside and use his vastly superior boxing skills. Whereas Decimal should be looking to take this fight to the matt, as Forks only defeat has come by way of submission.

Preliminary Round up.

Lightweight bout,

Kai Kona 2-2 ( 2-1 )
vs
Johnny Winkleman 2-0

Kona is a stand up fighter who's not quite lived up to expectations so far, Undefeated Winkleman is however making his debut in the big leagues, will Kona take advantage of the situation or Will Winkleman hold his nerve and make a statement...

Welterweight bout.

Victor "Razer" Reznov 3-3 (2-3)
vs
Seemah "toe jam" Feet 1-1 (1-0)

These Two mid tier well rounded fighters need to get back on track and start climbing the Rankings. Clash of styles here where submission artist Reznov needs to stay away from Feets Lethal Muay Thai Kicks.

Welterweight bout,

Nate "BJJ" Gracie 2-3 (0-2)
vs
Andrey "Goro" Gorohov (0-1)

Both fighters have been underwhelming so far, and are still looking for their first victory here at Madness, but either of them can get their overall records back to 50/50 with a victory,

Light Heavyweight bout,

Magnuss "The Northern light" Gunnarsson 2-2 (1-2)
vs
John "Wild" Williams (0-2)

Both fighters are really good boxers, Gunnarsson does have the advantage of a more solid jujitsu background and both his wins have come by way of Submission, he can improve his overall record to 3-2 with another victory, Williams hasn't taken easier fights in the indies and jumped straight into the big league here at madness which you have to give him credit for. But he desperately needs a victory to get the monkey off his back, and a much needed morale boost.

Heavyweight bout

Og King Kong Sacred Saints Gang 1-2 (0-2)
vs
Boogie Mann 3-5 (0-4)

Our first bout of the evening brings us the first of two Heavyweight clashes tonight.
Both fighters really haven't transferred their amateur pedigree and victories in the indies (Qfc) over to the Professional Paid ranks, I can't put my finger on whether it's a lack of heart and desire, or just nerves from stepping up a level?? But the good news is one of them really should be picking up their first pro victory tonight.
Unless they manage to somehow draw...

Madness Fright Night 25 Preview

Hello again you Mad Maniacs, it's Douche McBaggins at it once again. On this weeks Preview will cover Fright Night 25 and the main event will be Heavyweight showdown between Worf Son of "Mogh" and Peter "Fat Belly" Petersson. This event is loaded with some possible Title contenders who have been training hard at there respected camps. Lets give a quick rundown on the insane prelim line up.

145 George Patton vs Nati Pisswater will collide in the Featherweight division to get things started. The Experienced fighter Patton(4-9-0) will welcome a raw talent making his Madness debut in Pisswater(0-1-0)

265+ Clarence Frost vs Boogie Mann look to get the crowd pumped up in a SuperHeavyweight showdown. The debuting Frost(0-1-0) will be putting his grappling career on hold to pursue his first MMA Victory. While Boogie Mann(3-4-0) is desperately searching for a way to get his pro career back on track after dropping his last four fights.

185 Ciccio Lo Zizio vs Usko Unbelievable are up next in a Middleweight fight. Another new face on the Scene Lo Ziziio a 19 year old rookie from Italy looks to make his Pro debut. His counterpart Unbelievable(3-3-1)will be stepping inside the Madness cage for the 7th time to welcome the newbie.

265 Sergey Telegin vs Tuomas Jukola will both be making there Madness Debut in a Heavyweight scrap. Telegin a hot prospect out of Russia is also making his Pro debut. Jukola(1-0-0) of Finland will be looking to continue his winning ways here after an impressive QFC victory.

135 Jon Bumperstein vs Forky Fork are going to round off the prelim card in action packed Bantamweight fight. Bumperstein(4-3-0) had a lot of success early on in his career but after two straight losses he finds himself in a must win situation. in the other corner Fork(1-1-0) comes from a very respected camp full of dwarfs, so Jon must be prepared for that!

Main Card

155 Hector Morales(3-2-0) vs Magomed Magomedov(7-3-0)

A rematch at Lighweight

Morales has had some wars here at Madness including "Fight of the Year" winner against current #1 LW contender Radoslav Petrov. The Mexican born fighter is looking for the same outcome as he had in there previous bout only may be looking for a finish here. Magomedov has very good credentials with his submission game 7 wins 7 submission victories. He has changed camps recently maybe that will be the difference maker in this rematch.

145 Miguel Sandoval(4-3-0) vs Walker Smith(3-1-1)

Sandoval has lost his last two fights by Decision against two very talented fighters mind you. This Mexican fighter nicknamed "Pitbull" will be out to tear his opponent apart bite, by bite and get himself back in the hunt for the Featwerweight belt. That of course will be no easy battle as he meets Walker Smith a high profile striker with dangerous fist. "Sugar" Smith a native of Philadelphia has also found himself coming up short against a common foe in Lorenzo Benedetti and also wants this win badly. This fight has "Fight of the Night" written all over it, we shall see if it lives up with Doucher's expectations.

145 Gorgon Patriot(3-2-0) vs Cung Wo Par

"The Peoples Champion" returns riding a 3 fight winning streak all of which have ended in K0 or TKO. Gorgon has flourished as of late after dropping his first two pro fights, and manager Scotty Jc has got to be proud of the yungster. His opponent Mynamars own Cung Wo Par has also been showstopping as of late with back to back TKO victories himself. A member of the Evil Empire Army Mr. Par would love to add another W to his name.

135 Eno Hiaalu(3-2-0) vs Andre Ward(4-1-0)

Hiaalu has seemed to find a nice rhythm with his ground game as of late winning two straight by Submission finish. This member of the Oblivion Gate tribe managed by David Septim is quickly climbing the bantamweight rankings and a win here may put him in contention for the belt. Standing in his way is one bad dude named Andre "S.O.G" Ward who has destroyed his previous two Madness opponents both winning "KO of the Night" Honors. Ward knows the only thing standing in his way and a title is this tricky grappler, and i fully expect fireworks in this one

And in are Main Event of the evening we will see Worf Son of (6-1-0) will throw down with Peter "Fat Belly" Petersson(7-2-0)

Personally i think all Events should end with a Heavyweight fight especially when they have the finishing abilities like these two. Worf had his destructive run cut short at the hands of Boris Krylov in the Semi Finals of The HW title tournament. Previously though this dangers Muay Thai fighter had a perfect 6 and 0 record will all fight being stopped in the first round. Worf will have his hands full with a similar styled matchup in "Fat Belly" this guy may very well give Bubba Randall a run for his money in cheeseburger eating contest. Mark my words though do not let his  record breaking belly faze you cause his fist are his real weapons. With a perfect 7 and 0 start of his own Petersson is coming off back to back losses Both of these fighters are very effective in the clinch so this could be the difference maker who's clinch game will prevail.

Find out tomorrow at Hard Knocks Arena in Montreal for Madness Fright Night 25!!!

Douche McBaggins over and out.

Madness Fright Night 26

Madness Fright Night 26 Preview

Hello again Madness fans its your old friend Douche McBaggins at it again. They Senorita's call me "El Fuego" cause i just melt there little hearts, or could just be my drunk Irish temper, who knows. Tonight we will take an inside peek at the Main card of Fright Night 26. This event is headlined by a showdown between two Champions as WPFA WW champ Ademaro dos Anjos meets the last F&B WW champ in Arse Wreaker. This fight will determine the next contender for the Madness WW champ Vasil Petrov. Here is a run down of the Preliminary card.

185 Tim Shamrock vs Sveti Georgi

205 Basko Godwin vs Magnus Gunnarsson

205 Roundhouse Luke vs Nick Reny

170 Pavle Korchagin vs Nate Gracie

135 Dewey Decimal vs Rhondon Rousey

205 Tom Tomson vs Billy Herrington

                                  Main Card

Middleweight Division

Kenneth Smith (4-1-0) vs Shamus "Half a job" Murphy (2-0-0)

The Main card will kick off with a couple up and comers in the Madness 185 pound division. Smith managed to get back on track after suffering his first pro loss, with a win over Renato Augusta. The win was his fourth victory and like his previous three wins he added another first round submission to his record. Meanwhile Murphy won his second fight as a pro with a Unanimous Decision victory over Sabotage Rex. That fight also earned him "Fight of the Night" honors as well.

Keys to Victory: Both of these lads have good chins so i wont be shocked to see these guys eating some heavy shots. Though Smith has decent stand up i would think he will continue to utilize his ground game here, while Murphy will look for some Sprawl and Brawl tactics.

Lightweight Division

Pradak Kingstar (4-4-0) vs Wyatt Measels (4-2-0)

Kingstar had a horrid start to his professional career dropping his first three fights. He then sought new guidance and had a huge turn around in his career winning four straight fights he found himself in a huge showdown with Radoslav Petrov, in which he fell short loosing the fight via TKO. Measels a close training partner of Kenneth Smith has look very strong as of late picking back to back victories. Wyatt's last fight was a Unanimous Decision win over highly touted newcomer Vladimir Kosmanov.

Keys to to Victory: These two have some what similar styles as they both like to grapple. Wyatt looked pretty strong in his clinch game his last time out and he does have some decent ground and pound. Kingstar may be a tough fight for Measels though as he is BJJ Brown belt and can hold his own in the clinch and most definitely on the ground.

Featherweight Division

Lorenzo Benedetti (4-1-1) vs Marcelo "Hurricane" Sosa (4-1-0)

The Co-Main event of the evening will possibly give one of these Featherweights a possible Title shot opportunity, who knows im f'n drunk and im giving out title shots. Benedetti is a grinder who has went to a decision in 5 of his 6 pro fights. Lorenzo has shown he has finishing abilities though in one of his QFC fights early in his career. Sosa has looked excellent winning three straight fights and his last fight he went the distance for the first time winning a somewhat close Decision over a mutual opponent in Miguel Sandoval. Both of these guys come from very good fight teams but i give the slight edge to Sosa who trains under former #1 Manager Chris Karter.

Keys to Victory: Benedetti is fully expected to give Sosa his toughest fight to date and i see Lorenzo taking him the distance as he has been known to do. Marcelo on the other hand may want to put pressure on Benedetti though and try to finish the fight early but it will be no easy task.

Main Event in the Welterweight Division

                 Champion vs Champion

Ademaro "The Pride of Brazil" Dos Anjos (5-0-0) vs Arse Wreaker (5-0-0)

Let's all bow are heads now cause someone's 0 must go as two undefeated champions will face off for a chance to meet Vasil Petrov for the Madness Welterweight title.

Dos Anjos is the current WPFA 170 pound champion and after showing his dominance there is now looking to make 350K History and be the first Champion in two Organizations (Not sure if this is true but im rollin with it). This Black Belt in BJJ has been extremely dominant thus far finishing all five of his victims inside the very first round. These Rickson Gracie pupil is a very promising submission specialist with all five of his wins coming by way of sub(3 Kimura, and 2 Triangle).

Wreaker was most recently the 170 pound champion of F&BE before signing on to Madness for some elite competition. His Manager Grumpy Bastard been there with him since day 1 and with 5 first round finishes of his own this fight looks to have the makings of Fight of the Night. The difference between these two killers is Arse has finished his fights by way of (T)KO.

Keys to Victory: It's pretty simple here if Arse Wreaker gets his hand s on you your gonna get wrecked proper like. While as Ademaro is going to be looking to use one of his slick Submissions to seal the deal.

Both of these guys have great fight camps behind them and are well versed in most aspects. If i had to make a prediction i would say this fight ends with a late submission or Knock Out maybe the 4th round or possibly the 5th. Regardless this fight is one of the biggest Madness fights ever and by far the biggest Fright Night Main Event to date. And with Madness 36 right around the Corner it has never been a better time to be apart of the MADNESS!!!

Tanks everyone this has been your host with the Upmost Douche McBaggins!

Madness 39 Lati vs Petrov

Mad 39.png

 Madness 39 Petrov vs Lati

Hello again ladies and gents Douche "You never go full drunken Irishman" McBaggins checking into the Madness Studio's once again for a Preview to knock your socks right off. When i say Madness Studio's don't get the wrong idea the boss set me up with one of his circus tents and the production team is a bunch of Drunk clown dwarfs. That's neither here nor there though, as what is truly important is another Fan truckin tastic night of Madness MMA fights! Mad 39 will be headlined by Radoslav Petrov vs William Lati in a Lightweight #1 contender fight. Let us now take a quick peak at the prelim list as i take another shot!

Prelims

185 Oscar Oxenham vs Michael Old Man
135 Dar Jee vs Mark Elmrose
265+ Jore Maki vs Clarence Frost
185 Ikeda Toshiyuki vs Tim Shamrock

Feature Prelim Matchup

Welterweight Division

Primo Volto (5-2-0) vs Boxing Mcsparr (2-2-0)

In the final bout of the preliminaries we have fight a 170 pounds which could be detrimental to both of the participants. Primo Volto had a solid two fight win streak broken his last time out at the Hands of Your Sweet Destruction back in early February. Volto though is a 4 fight vet here and is a slick Brown Belt in Jiu Jitsu. Primo in fact has finished all five of his opponents by Submission. His opponent for this encounter will be Boxing Mcsparr whom also had a impressive 2 fight win streak snapped against a fighter both Mcsparr and Volto have losses to in Sean Dickinson. As for Boxing mcsparr the name fits as he is a phenomenal boxer and his fight with Viktor Reznov which earned both fighters "Fight of the Night" honors was a prime example.

Key to victory: This one can't get much more simple Primo needs to get the fight to the ground and rely on his superior ground skills, while Boxing Mcsparr needs to keep it standing. Mcsparr has improved his ground game but i would expect this fight being a chess match and going to a decision.

Main Card

Light Heavyweight Division

Billy Herrington (4-2-0) vs Ralph McGuire (3-1-0)

This next fight is a gem of a scrap, as the returning runner up of the "League of Madness" tournament Ralph McGuire is welcomed back by a very hungry Billy Herrington. Billy is a World Class Muay Thai fighter and with a 3-1 record inside the Madness cage. His fight against Ragnar Ragnarsson was no doubt a great example of what this young 20 year old is capable of. Herrington is also apart of a great camp under the guidance of Mihail Montana. Ralph also comes from a great camp as his mentor Joe River will be in his corner once again for his return. McGuire was well known for his wrestling abilities coming into the start of his pro MMA career, and he showed them well during his time on the LOM show. McGuire though has been out training his ass off and his Muay Thai has since then improved greatly from what i am hearing. Both of these guys have very promising futures and there could be some meetings from them down the road in this beastly packed Light

Heavyweight Division.

Key to Victory: As stated Herrington a world class Muay Thai fighter seems to use his clinch sparingly and with the recent Muay Thai training of Ralph the clinch may be the deciding factor. Unless both of these gentleman decide to keep there distance and throw some bombs.

Welterweight Division

Kamaru Usman (5-4-0) vs Quincy Fapple (5-4-0)

we move back to the 170 pound weight class where a couple of guys are looking to get there careers back on track. Usman who is 1-3 in his last 4 fights is a former Island Fighter looking to make a name for himself outside of the Island. "Nightmare" has a good wrestling background and he has some good BBj skills with a purple belt currently. Two of his wins are by submission and his performance at ICC 4 in just his second pro fight earned him a "Sub of the Night" bonus. Quincy Fapple is also a Island fighter looking to make his presence known but is on a current 3 fight loss streak. Fapple had a very good showing against a former Island Champion in Tommy Harinck which earned himself a "Fight of the Night" bonus. Fapple likes to sprawl and brawl as shown with 4 of his 5 victories coming by way of TKO.

Key to Victory: This is like a Liddel vs Couture dual where Kamaru(Couture) the better wrestler will look to impose his takedown abilities against Quincy (Liddel) who will be trying to stuff those attempts and maybe land a nice counter in doing so.

Bantamweight Division

Eno Hlaalu (4-2-0) vs Gervais Lavigne (5-1-0)

Next up we have a 135 pound outing and with the recent Title Grand Prix announced this will be pivotal for both Eno and Gervais. Hlaalu a very balanced MMA fighter has shown that his Submission skills have rapidly been improving. Winning his last three fights with first round submissions (two of which won "SOTN"  Honors). This Oblivion Gate team member is looking to keep his has been with Madness since his pro debut and will now welcome a Island stud to the division. That stud is none other then Gervais Lavigne a native of Monaco whom is a very talented Muay Thai practitioner. His only loss was against a stable mate of his under the management of Emily Chenet and has won all of his victories by way of (T)KO.

Key to Victory: another grappler vs Striker, yet Eno is very capable on his feet i do believe at some point he will look to take the feet to the ground. I see Lavigne trying to finish this one early and Hlaalu just looking for an opening so he can strategically find a weakness in his foe's game.

Bantamweight Division

*Co-Main Event*
Joe Tidd (8-4-0) vs Etienne Gueguen (7-1-0)

In the Evenings Co-Main we will see two of the top 135 fighters from the Island Season face off in there Madness MMA debuts. Both of these gentleman may very well be signing there F&BE loan contracts shortly after there fight. Joe Tidd is a former ICC Bantamweight Champion who is on a tough 3 fight loosing streak. Two of those losses where in title fights though so that should be noted, this guy is a ground and pounder and a great one at that. Tidd's first encounter with Jerry Jones at ICC CN 6 was his ultimate showcase as he won the fight by a late 5th round KO from ground strikes. In the other corner is the Island Season Runner up Etienne a training partner of Gervais Lavigne and also native of Monaco. Gueguen is a Ground fighter as well but he has more of a Submission style to his ground game winning 6 of his 7 victories by way of Submission.

Key to Victory: This should be TWGC style contest with Tidd looking to get into Mount position and tee off, while Etienne will be looking to slip a submission in for the victory.

Lightweight Division

*Main Event*
William Lati (9-3-0) vs Radoslav Petrov (5-1-0)

Now it is time for are feature bout a #1 Lightweight Contender bout between William Lati and Radoslav Petrov.

William Lati is a former ACE fighting League Lightweight champion and he has a golden opportunity in his Madness MMA debut to capture yet another belt. Lati is a vicious striker with all 9 of his pro wins coming by way of Knock Out, and only one of them even made it out of the first round. With 4 KO of the Night performances to his credit he may very well be the most feared power striker in the LW division.

Standing in his way is Radoslav Petrov the brother of current Welterweight champ Vasil petrov and like his bro he is a very skilled Muay Thai fighter. Radoslav may not have the accomplishments as Lati quite yet but his KO ability speaks for itself winning all of his 5 victories by way of TKO and his fight with Hector Morales at Madness 25 was voted "Fight of the Year" at Madness for 2019. With the recent takeover of Team Fury Radoslav is searching to join his 5 team mates with Madness championships but he will be tested against a legit power puncher in Lati.

Key to Victory: William has all the credentials to go down as one of the most feared strikers in MMA History but the same can be said for Petrov. I expect an all out war but i do not see it going past the first round. Whomever can land a clean shot first will win this fight and this should be the favorite for KO of the Night.
